Constitutional rules
- The club shall be known as Raynor Angling Club
- The object of the club is to promote and encourage the sport together with good fellowship between members
- The management may invite any person to become a member, who on payment of the fee laid down shall be entitled to the facilities of the club
- Every member who is elected as such shall have his or her name entered on the register of members which may be recorded on a computer.For the purposes of the Data Protection act, you agree to this by virtue of membership.
- Membership details will be held by the club secretary
- Every member shall give notice in writing of change of address within 14 days to the club secretary
- Every new member ,when elected shall receive a copy of the club rules and a membership card
- Membership subscriptions shall from time to time be determined by the management of the club
- If any member fails to pay their subscriptions when due, the management shall be entitled to terminate their membership without further notice.
- If the conduct of any member whilst engaged on club waters or activities shall, in the opinion of the management be injurouse to the character or interests of the club then the management shall be empowered to suspend or recommend such a member to resign
- The management may from time to time make,vary and revoke rules (not inconsistent) with these rules for the regulation of internal affairs of the club,the conduct of the members. The rules for the time being in force shall be binding on all members.
